UHArts in association with Parkinson’s UK present the return of our successful Dance for Parkinson’s classes.

Experienced teacher Meryl Kiddier leads an hour-long dance class, incorporating co-ordination and balance exercise in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Meryl Kiddier has been leading Dance for Parkinson's classes for over 6 years, since her own mother-in-law was diagnosed.

The class is followed by an informal tea and coffee session giving participants the chance to chat and share experiences.

No experience necessary!

Come along and try something new and hear about the benefits of dance and movement for people with Parkinson’s.

Dates for our classes on the following Fridays:

All of our classes will be held in the Comet Room. Except the class on 9 March 2018, which will be in the Sports Hall. Both rooms are on the de Havilland Campus.
